Changchun Hengjian Tongda Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") is the subordinate company of Hengjian Group which was founded in November 2011 and whose business scope covers investment and operation, urban central heat supply, combined heat and power generation, comprehensive utilization, etc.
In November 2011, Changde New Area Management Committee, Changxin District, Changchun City signed the Concession Agreement for Changde New Area Backpressure Turbine Heat Supply of Changchun High and New Tech Development Zone. Our company invests to build thermal power plant and peak-shaving boiler room; Our Company undertakes heat supply task of Changde New Area whose gross building area planned is about 31,450,000m2 and total heat load is about 2044MW.
Changde New Area is located in core position of long northeast region and intersecting zone of Ha-Da-Qi Industrial Corridor, close to Changchun city with 20km straight-line distance away from Changchun downtown and 15km straight-line distance away from Longjia Airport as well as within half hour economic circle of Changchun. Harbin-Dalian composite traffic corridor constituted by Beijing-Harbin Railway, Harbin-Dalian High-speed Railway, Beijing-Harbin Expressway and National Road 102 runs through the whole area. The traffic network extends in all directions, Changde New Area high-speed intersection of Beijing-Harbin Expressway under construction is going to be open as well as Metro 5, Changchun-Longjia Airport Expressway and high-speed railway station of Harbin-Dalian passenger transport will be included into Changchun urban master planning in the future.
Changde New Area, with the area of 337km2, accounts for 78% of North Area of Changchun High-tech District. Relying on long northeast region, facing Northeast Asia, radiating big northeast area as well as grasping the opportunity of accelerating Northeast Asia economy convergence, we position the strategy regarding North Area of Changchun High-tech District as follows: one district, one pole and one center and we will build economic cooperation demonstration area in Northeast Asia, emerging industry growth pole in Jilin Province and Changchun-Jilin-Tumen innovation center for science and technology. With integrated development of Changde New Area construction as well as rapid construction of business center, industrial park and residential buildings, our company (heat-supply enterprise for supporting infrastructure of Changde New Area) is obliged and able to complete heat supply guarantee of Changde New Area. Based on the principle of assurance requirement and appropriate pulling ahead, our company also plans to make strategic planning for medium-and-long term heat supply demand in Changde New Area targetedly.
Operational project of our company- heat source factory Phase I project in starting area of Changde New Area of Changchun High and New Technology Industry Development Zone is with four circulating fluidized bed hot water boilers whose capacity is 58MW; Two 58MW circulating fluidized bed hot water boilers have been built which have been completed and put into heat supply in 2013; According to overall planning and heat demand of Changde New Area, based on the principle of major infrastructure integration as well as on the basis of taking environmental benefit into account, another two 58MW circulating fluidized bed hot water boilers have been under construction as of 2017. With breakthrough and substantial progress of Phase I project, Phase II project of combined heat and power generation has been included into the plan as well as various preparatory work is promoted steadily.
Continued construction of hot water boiler as well as extension of backpressure unit project by our company can create good centralized heating conditions for Changde New Area, improve integrated environment of Changde New Area, embodies harmony between people and nature and lay a solid foundation for creation of ecological urban area.
